UI/UX Designer - Condé Nast Digital

Condé Nast Digital is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join its Design Department. The Experience Designer will be tasked with creating content experiences across the web, application, and mobile spaces.

Must be able to:
* Understand what makes superior audience-based content experiences and be a leader in the area of web/application design and user interface innovations
* Design simple, intuitive solutions to complex user interface problems
* Promote good information architecture working with dense levels of content
* Understand and solve for the nuances of content design patterns
* Create wireframes, diagrams, and mockups to illustrate an intended experience
* Clearly communicate ideas to both a technical and non-technical audience
* Multitask, working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
* At least 5-7 years of digital design experience
* Solid understanding of core design principles, typography, color and page layout
* Enthusiasm for brainstorming, iteration, and collaborative design
* Experience with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Visio (or other IA mapping tool), Flash, Illustrator, JavaScript, and DHTML a plus
* A strong digital portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, UI/UX design solutions
* Experience designing products that scale across multiple platforms a plus

Integrated Marketing Account Director - Allure

Condé Nast is seeking a creative and talented Integrated Marketing Account Director for Allure.  The Director will play a key role in creating and executing marketing programs for the Allure brand including sales and marketing materials (sell sheets, presentations, etc.) and customized client marketing programs.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Participate in creative strategy meetings with sales and marketing management
  • Conceptualize and develop added-value and revenue generating programs including multi-platform marketing programs, promotional partnerships, advertorial sections, and advertiser events
  • Collaborate with sales staff to design and customize client-specific presentations
  • Present existing marketing programs and customized concepts at client meetings and on calls with the sales staff
  • Manage and execute all elements of activated marketing programs
  • Execute large-scale programs and events
  • Manage, analyze and package research data to support and augment advertising sales, document print and digital advertising effectiveness and provide strategic marketing research insights
  • Work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies for key areas of business
  • Create/update presentations, sell sheets, mailers and other tools to support advertising sales efforts across a variety of categories
 
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years magazine marketing experience
  • Creative thinker with excellent strategizing skills
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with multi-platform marketing programs that include print, digital, event, promotional, and retail extensions
  • Experience with the Beauty industry is preferred

Digital Marketing Manager - Brides.com

Condé Nast is seeking a creative and digitally savvy marketing professional.  The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing online custom program initiatives for Brides.com including managing the conceptualization, development and production of sales presentations and sales collateral materials, responses to sales requests for proposals and the development and execution of special marketing initiatives and other advertiser sponsored programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and routinely update sales collateral including digital media kits, sell sheets, sales presentations, etc.
  • Develop contextually integrated program proposals for RFP responses including program description, mock-ups and related materials
  • Work with Print Team in generating fully integrated programs that programs that meet clients needs and objectives
  • Partner with Digital Client Services Manager in the development and execution of all online marketing programs (sponsored advertising programs, promotional programs, etc.)
  • Work with Editorial and Product Development to create new sales programs and advertising products for the site in order to maximize revenue
  • Attend sales calls
  • Monitor marketing campaigns to insure clients expectations are met
 Qualifications
  • At least 3 years experience in digital marketing or promotions
  • Experience dealing with executives, editors and advertisers
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing proposals, business communication and other sales materials
  • Track record of proven creative conceptualization, direction and problem-solving skills
