Condé Nast's Consumer Marketing Division is looking for an experienced and sharp marketing pro. This hands-on position is responsible for the management of subscription marketing of multiple Condé Nast brands in the renewal, billing, and gift sources:



  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies for increasing renewal rates and revenues for 3 magazines (The New Yorker, Golf Digest, Golf World).
  • Work collaboratively to develop marketing strategies for digital, bundled, and premium subscriptions.
  • Responsible for managing relationship with The New Yorker digital edition vendor (Real View). Ensure successful implementation of email, retention, and subscription efforts related to digital subscriptions.
  • Implement optimization plans to cut costs within centralized group.
  • Responsible for developing and achieving the revenue and expense budget goals on these titles.
  • Develop testing strategy to support individual title and department goals, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Complete stock and premium orders to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting brand performance statistics to Consumer Marketing Directors and other senior management personnel.
Requirements:
  • College graduate with 3 to 5 years of retention marketing experience; "new media" (social networking, apps, iPad, etc) experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Must be able to balance the needs of multiple Conde Nast brands.
  • Must be highly motivated and proactive, with attention to detail and ability to work successfully under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be well versed in analytics.

The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Developing creative concepts for client ideation

The position requires strong program and project management skills to guarantee timely execution of responsibilities. Strong direct excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are all necessary.


The ideal candidate has a creative background and at least three years online marketing experience and direct experience working with latest content and marketing delivery technology (e.g. RSS, widgets, podcasts, mobile, etc). Successful candidate will also demonstrate exceptional project management capability; communication, and problem-solving skills; and strong attention to detail/follow-through. Experience in website development and/or marketing a news property, PR and/or event experience, and a passion for the field of technology are desirable.

SUMMARY:
Our ideal candidate has a developed skill-set in web analytics along with a fundamental understanding of marketing. Qualified applicants have a minimum of 5 years experience, either independently or as part of a larger digital/web publishing organization, and have had to reach individual and/or group goals focused on a business objective (sales etc). TOP LINE RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Produce key intelligence informing critical decisions to drive content and revenue decisions
  • Develop custom reporting
  • Inform daily/hourly decisions for programming, inform rules creation and report test results.
  • Execute monetization plans and communicate trends and insights in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for Budgets, Planning and Managing the overall P&L in a role similar to that of a Planning Manager.

To be effective in this role, the Analytics Producer must have:
  • Experience with web-based reporting systems
  • Deep knowledge of Excel and other reporting packages
  • Experience with web-based consumer revenue models and understand sponsorship models
  • 5 years business experience minimum
  • Understanding of web analytics and reporting
  • Ability to interface with senior management, if needed, prepare reports, updates and presentations
  • Ability to track and manage expenses
